Position Specific Description
The Agile Delivery Manager will act as a servant leader across the agile teams in Power Generation IT Applications Scrum Teams. This will include supporting the Agile Scrum Masters and Product Owners through training, development, and delivery. You will drive and oversee Agile awareness, mindset, and capability and focus the team business outcomes. The result will be creating a highly collaborative, nimble, and business minded culture. You will ensure reliable budget, actuals and forecast reporting with consistent and producing / maintaining communications across IT and the Power Generation business.
This position guides a group of teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value. Employees in this role train and coach in the use of Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and scale agile framework practices. Leaders in this job manage employees and assume budget responsibilities as assigned.
