Position Specific Description
This position is an unique entry level opportunity for an ambitious recent graduate looking for a challenging and fast paced environment to grow and develop their financial and analytical skills while learning HR Benefits administration. Candidates must have a finance related undergraduate degree and/or a project management certification.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to utilize critical analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot and bring issues to resolution, as well as assist with analysis that is thoughtful, accurate, and cost effective. Strong interpersonal skills are required to handle sensitive and confidential employee related concerns, as well as the ability to work on cross-functional teams with internal or external customers including vendors. The candidate will also have strong attention to detail, bias for action, collaborative teamwork skills, written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) strongly preferred.
Employees in this role assist in the planning, implementation, and administration of one or more cost-effective benefit programs including life, retirement, medical, dental, vision, worker’s compensation, disability, time-off, health and welfare plans.
