Perform transactions to resolve billing issues in accordance with established policies and procedures. Coordinate and complete pending work queues, budget billing and other program maintenance, non-energy billing, problem investigations, high/low consumption and bill validation and meter sets and exchanges. Estimate demand and consumption for faulty and switched meters, review unbilled load points, take corrective action, and establish sales tax exemptions. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to billing issues. Establish and document workflow. Train and mentor other employees, as well as provide quality assurance reviews.
