Vision: INL will change the world's energy future and secure our critical infrastructure.Responsibilities Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a CI Administration to provide executive level administrative support to the Counterintelligence Senior Leadership Team. In this position, you must be able to support the Director in senior-level tasks such as unallowable budget coordination, leading and overseeing the successful execution of all general and specific administrative tasks related to the organization. You must be able to support more focused tasks in support of the individual disciplines within the directorate. You will interface with all levels of management, internal and external customers, and visitors, including DOE-ID and -HQ, DOD, National Homeland Security, etc., senior management of other Battelle companies, including national laboratories, industry, and universities. You will provide support to the Lead Admin Program and Lab Director's staff as requested. You will prepare and/or review all e-mail, internal and external correspondence, assign action items as directed by the Director, screen phone calls, schedule meetings and appointments, arrange for travel and submit and track travel reimbursements. You will work in a high-stress environment, and must be able to maintain confidentiality using discretion and excellent judgment. You must be able to independently make decisions/respond to a wide range of actions and/or inquiries based on business knowledge; thoroughly understand INL and the reporting requirements for the Directorate. You will perform very time sensitive tasks, and handle company-sensitive issues utilizing own initiative to evaluate and select alternate methods of accomplishing objectives. You will exercise independent judgment.

Duties also require a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and knowledge of protocol. You will lead and oversee the successful execution of directorate level administrative tasks for the directorate. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities with senior level management and laboratory stakeholders. You must represent the directorate in a professional, competent manner that reflects well on the organization. You must be professional, flexible, imaginative, and innovative in supporting the director and division director to include recommending solutions to a wide range of problems. For example, you must make recommendations and administer the assignment and maintenance of space for organization employees. You will be responsible for coordinating the review, approval, and secure distribution of classified material compliant with DOE safeguards and security order requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring sensitive information originated by the Director is reviewed, marked, and adequately protected in accordance with contractual requirements and DOE.

Vocational Certificate plus 6 years relevant experience, or in lieu of vocational certificate, 8 years relevant experience.
Excellent PC skills. Ability to work well with a wide variety of people. Must be capable of working independently and maintaining confidentiality.

Special Requirements and/or Training:
Must be a U.S. citizen. Must successfully attain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance as a condition of employment. Must be willing to take a CI Scoped Polygraph Examination. If applicant does not possess a current security clearance, they must volunteer for the Accelerated Access.
