Copywriter Integrated Marketing Senior

Job Brief

Collaborating with the Creative Services team, our external agency partners, and internal partners, the Sr. Copywriter as an integral member of the Content & Delivery team, will create engaging and memorable concept-driven campaigns and end-to-end marketing collateral aimed at prospects, customers and influencers. While aligning with our brand essence and voice, the Senior Copywriter pushes the boundaries of creative excellence, ensuring the highest quality storytelling across various mediums targeting internal and external audiences.

Take the lead in creating compelling copy, content and inventive solutions for integrated marketing designed to support and elevate the SRP brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative partners to develop clear and compelling conceptual solutions—based on a deep understanding of our products, services and target audience—that drive business success.
  • Develop breakthrough copy that brings strong ideas to life that are on strategy, on time and on budget across all media channels (digital, print, broadcast, multimedia, etc.) and throughout all stages of the customer journey.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and creative development efforts to drive strong conceptual solutions. As appropriate, works with creative leads to make decisions affecting direction—rejecting some ideas and moving forward with others.
  • Collaborate with other copywriters and content strategists to ensure a consistent voice across campaigns and platforms.
  • Write copy for key strategic campaigns/projects, business presentations, copy decks, brand boards, creative comps and style guides. Deliver it on time and on budget.
  • Carefully review own work for grammar, spelling, punctuation, proper syntax and semantics of own copy and copy generated by others.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.


Prefer Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or advertising or combination of education and creative writing experience. 


Minimum 5 years of experience. Prefer experience in journalism, communications, creative writing.

  • Exceptional writing skills (from long form to headlines) with the ability to concept creative and develop original copy that aligns with SRP voice and tone.
  • Exceptional conceptual and strategic thinker with a passion for written word and the creative process.
  • Understands how to craft a story. Gets irony and clever wordplay. Can spot corny puns and poor marketing language.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written (master of spelling, grammar, and punctuation).
  • Demonstrated experience working across diverse cross-functional teams and will contribute to a creative and collaborative team environment.
