The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level position which goes through extensive customer service training. After successful completion of training, the Customer Service Associate is responsible for customer service work in a back-office or contact center environment.
Key responsibilities include:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major or minor in accounting, finance or related area preferred. Customer service experience in banking, telephone, collections or other related area preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Excellent math and computer skills. Must be able to use good business judgment when handling non-standard situations as defined in training materials.
