Energy Efficiency Program Manager - Manufactured Homes

DNV GL - Energy's Sustainable Energy Use is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of a New Manufactured Homes Energy Efficiency program in Illinois. This position requires an experienced professional who can craft and implement comprehensive plans with diverse tactics to achieve results. This position is based out of our Oak Brook, IL office.

 

Tasks May Include

  • Working closely with utility client personnel to monitor program results including energy savings, quality assurance and to develop recommendations to improve the program as needs are identified
  • Management of outreach subcontractor to ensure objectives and goals are being met
  • Provide insight on the new manufactured homes market to drive program and forecast participation
  • Budget management and tracking of performance against goals
  • Develop standardized processes and QA/QC plans
  • Identify opportunities for adding value and developing innovative approaches for our clients
  • Prepare client deliverables including memos, reports, and presentations
Position Qualifications

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of operational and/or project management experience required
    • 7 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree
      • Experience in utilities and/or energy efficiency technology, program design/evaluation/management preferred
      • Experience in the new manufactured homes industry is strongly preferred
      • Experience in Mid-Stream Energy Efficiency Program desired
      • Background in income eligible energy efficiency residential programs preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally up to 25% of the time
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • We conduct pre-employment background and drug screening
