  • Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to Environmental Science, Life Science, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Public Administration, Business Administration, Planning, plus six (6) years of experience in a related field, three (3) years of which was in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Master's degree may substitute for experience up to two (2) years.


Licenses or Certifications:
  • As required in a related area.

This position manages the Commercial Demand Side Management programs. Duties will include:
• Responsible for the budget and goals for the commercial demand side programs.
• Lead the Marketing of Commercial Demand Side programs through outreach to all stakeholders including presentation to various audiences including Boards, Commissions and City Council.
• Through research and analysis of data, lead the development of new Commercial Demand Side programs and revision of existing programs.
• Ensure Commercial staff is prepared and well equipped to ensure, Key Account Managers, and Commercial stakeholders are educated on Commercial Demand Side programs.

This position is considered FLSA Exempt. Exempt employees are salaried and, except as provided, are not eligible for overtime compensation.


Pay Range

$30.99 – $40.23


Monday – Friday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Work hours may include after hours, holidays, and weekends.
Additional hours may be required to work outside of regular schedule.
