About The Position
The Executive Secretary is responsible for performing confidential secretarial and administrative duties involving the exercise of independent judgment for the President of Ameren Missouri.
Key responsibilities include:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Five or more years of high level administrative experience required.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proficiency in keyboarding and software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel required; Ability to interact effectively with senior management required; Ability to work independently in a confidential manner and take a leadership role in various projects and activities also required.
The Executive Secretary works a standard day shift in an office environment.
