We anticipate the need for one or more Field Credit Support Representatives to be located at our Chestnut Service Center in Minneapolis, MN. The working hours for this position are:
April to October - Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
October to April - Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
*There could be a 2 hour difference in this shift*
Work independently to assist and support Credit Administrators, Field Reps and Revenue Protection Specialists.
Support Credit Administrators, Field Reps and Revenue Protection Specialists in daily workload, computer data analysis, and function as an information link between the office and the field.
Support other departments by being experts in credit issues.
Maintain contact with field personnel and assign incoming work to field personnel as required.
Organize and assign reconnect orders to field personnel based on locations and time constraints in an ever-changing environment.
Provide support for trouble department and meter shops working on disconnections and reconnections.
Send appropriate orders in system for out-state areas for work that is completed by other departments.
Responsible for noting and reporting hazardous situations to field personnel.
Provide support to field personnel by preparing daily routes and updating completed orders in CRS. Assisting in the completion or" daily work and backlog.
Support Team activities defined by the company, Team, Supervisor, Manager, and Department Policies/procedures; e.g., practice open communications, submit expenses, complete weekly activity reports, attend safety meetings, respond to daily e-mail and voice mail, assist to maintain policies/procedures, adhere to regulatory requirements, and any additional activity to benefit team efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide monthly disconnection data to other departments.
Maintain and provide disconnect data specific to meter and trouble department orders.
Provide support to call centers on credit disconnect and reconnect issues.

Education/Experience: High School graduate or equivalent.
Knowledge, skills, abilities of Credit, Collections, and Systems.
Selection criteria may include testing and/or assessment.
