Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
This position will work with project teams to review ratings requirements and points. Will also provide community outreach and education for sustainable approaches to building, buying, and remodeling projects.
Other duties include:
- Providing technical Green Building and energy efficiency advice and guidance to multifamily and single family design and construction teams.
- Conducting site visits and inspections at different stages of construction to verify buildings seeking a Green Building rating meet program standards.
- Developing technical content for program materials and presentation of educational programs.
- Leading cross functional teams to research Green Building best practices and develop new tools to improve customer service, energy efficiency, and environmental impact of residential buildings.

$26.05 – $33.81
Monday – Friday.
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
