Job Overview
This position is responsible for profitably growing the business through active recruitment and development of employees. Employees in this job manage the day to day operations of all HVAC, plumbing and electrical field teams until additional management is established to support growth. Monitor all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the assigned territory and adjust processes and procedures to be meet desired expectations.
