Position Specific Description
Broad knowledge and experience in information security, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
· Requires hands on experience with Identity and Access Management planning, development, deployment, operations, products and services, and trends.
· Requires hands on experience with talent management, developing policies, controls and operational processes, and program maturity.
· Requires hands on experience integrating identity and access management platform for infrastructure and applications.
· Requires experience with Identity and Access Management tools including knowledge of the product market, best practices for requirements definition and best practices for deployment and governance, including but not limited to the following areas:
o Access control engines to provide centralized authentication
o Single sign-on (SSO), session management and authorization enforcement for target applications
o Cloud-based services
o Privileged access management (PAM)
o Role Based access
o Directory services
This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and leads in the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.
