Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
• Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job, plus four (4) years of related experience, including at least 3 years of quality testing or quality assurance related experience.
• Master's Degree in a related field may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
• Experience may substitute for education up to four (4) years.

Austin Energy seeks an IT Application Consultant to provide support and incident response to City of Austin’s 24×7×365 critical, complex, and highly-integrated enterprise application: City of Austin utilities billing system. After-hours and/or weekend assignments are required, as needed, to support 24-hour utility operations.
