Position Specific Description
In this role you will lead the team responsible for operating systems, physical servers, and application reliability from the infrastructure perspective on-premise and in our clouds. You will be the primary infrastructure leader interfacing with application teams. Your team manages and supports operating systems, physical servers, and fulfills infrastructure requirements for application function and health.
We have a service oriented, customer focused perspective. In this role you will be the service owner for application infrastructure reliability. This includes ensuring that all services are reliable, resilient, meet capacity demands, and perform at adequate levels. This includes planning from a technical and financial perspective to manage labor, services, and equipment.
Highly desired experience:
The position reports directly to the Director of Cloud and Technical Services with work location in Miami-Dade or Juno Beach, FL
This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and leads in the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.
