Enhance the competencies, knowledge and business impact of employees and teams by designing and conducting training programs aligned with the enterprise learning strategy. Works closely with Learning Business Partners on developing learning solutions based on requests or needs assessments in the business. Responsible for supporting enterprise-wide training initiatives. Works with subject matter expert groups within the business to enable them to help facilitate needed training. Provides train-the-trainer support throughout the enterprise, including the Training Centers of Excellence (COEs). May have responsibility for certain ongoing training programs, supported by the Enterprise Learning COE.
