MANAGER SMART METER CUSTOMER PROGRAMS (XA4144)
About The Position
The Manager Smart Meter Customer Programs is the integration manager for the $400 million Smart Meter Program (SMP). This position will help develop and execute an in-depth customer plan to pave the way for successful implementation of the SMP program.
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college required. Seven years of relevant professional-level experience (e.g., energy efficiency program leadership, customer program development, customer experience, etc.) required. MBA or Master's degree in a business-related field is preferred and may be considered in lieu of up to 2 (of the 7 required) years of experience. Three or more years of supervisory or project leadership required. Experience in a customer focused environment / culture preferred.
