The Project Coordinator position is within Austin Energy’s Energy Efficiency Services division. It will support the managers and leads of Commercial, Small Business, and Multifamily rebate programs and assist with research of new technologies, project or program development, community outreach, and other support as needed. It will independently manage smaller projects that may include the coordination of work among multiple groups such as external contractors, engineers, various City divisions, and other external stakeholders. This position will be responsible for preparing, tracking and reporting project budgets, schedules, rebate payment verification, and related documentation. It will coordinate in the development and review of contract documents and agreements. The successful candidate will assist in process improvement and implementation of operating policies and procedures as a team member to ensure compliance by external stakeholders.

$27.61 – $35.83
Monday through Friday.
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
