Bachelors Degree plus 5-7 years professional experience or Advanced Degree and 3-5 Years professional Experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Department of Energy "Q" clearance.
Experience working with management required.
Demonstrated experience managing projects is required.
Demonstrated successful leadership experience is required.
Experience using an Earned Value Management System is preferred.
Project Controls experience preferred.
Project Planning experience required.
Project Implementation experience required.
