The Safety Data Strategist interprets data analytics results and translates into usable information for strategic and tactical safety decisions. Manages and maintains corporate and departmental performance and safety metrics displaying information in understandable dashboards with a focus on leading indicators that drive proactive actions. Interprets safety information to develop recommendations to inform and drive safety performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in business, accounting, statistics or related field. Five years of relevant data analysis experience required. Safety experience preferred. Knowledge of safety discipline and/or utility industry preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Project management skills, strategic thinking, and ability to draw connections between data points. Proficiency in Office 365 with advanced level expertise in Excel required (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas, graphing, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI preferred. Report writing, ability to translate complex data into meaningful information.
