Position Specific Description
In this role you will have the opportunity to be the onsite lead business operations individual that reports to a Regional Finance Director that is remote. You will directly impact the site key budget indicators and financial reporting goals. Successful person in this role will have demonstrate leaderships qualities such as influencing people, the ability to quickly & accurately identify issues or trends via data analysis and the ability to identify improvement opportunities. You must have the ability to effectively interface with plant staff, management, and co-workers.
