Senior Digital Media Producer

Job Brief

The Digital Media Producer will be responsible for production logistics surrounding photography requests and video programming targeted toward SRP internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with our Integrated Marketing team and Digital Media Studio team, agencies, vendors, and business partners to deliver distinctive, engaging, premium content on time and on budget. This role will manage production timelines during conceptual creative development, and coordinate with pre-production and post-production teams to ensure effective exchange of information and asset deliverables throughout the production process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day logistics for media production of digital content, photo shoots, long-form video projects and broadcast commercial productions
  • Refines production documentation (including estimates, schedules, talent releases, etc.) that aligns with business needs and SRP best-practices
  • Simultaneously manage multiple photo and video production projects, with quick turnaround
  • Manage project and initiative level budgets throughout production
  • Outline scope, define project requirements and define success metrics
  • Develop a go-to network of photographers, videographers, editors and other crew members
  • Organize day-to-day pre-production, production and post-production activities, such as concept/content review, pre-pro meetings, shooting, recording v/o, editing, and animation, keeping the process on schedule
  • Lead development and communications of day-to-day tasks and scheduling during photo and video production
  • Ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
  • Build deep cross-functional relationships with the Brand Strategy, Integrated Creative and Integrated Marketing teams to leverage existing infrastructure and deliver accurate and on-message media production.
  • Manage talent outreach, tracking, status and payment on a per-project basis
  • Understand the intricacies of working with Union talent in Arizona
  • Ensure all company policies, standards, and protocols are upheld on-location and during in-studio shoots
  • Ensure each project obtains necessary insurance and rights/clearances for performers, locations, music, stock footage, and other production elements.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.


Bachelor's Degree in Media Production or communications preferred.


Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Producer or similar role with a focus on photography, digital video, commercial or broadcast production.

  • Experience with detailed tracking of expenditures and managing budgets
  • Creative problem solver who has the ability to build the right team specific to the job using key industry contacts and a network of experienced professionals
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, and production book related software, such as Movie Magic or Studio Binder
  • Working knowledge of post-production and graphics production processes
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Creative agency experienced preferred
