We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will coach employees and supervisors on various personnel topics, handle employee relations issues with upmost professionalism, develop and roll-out career ladders in partnership with subject matter experts, manage initiatives/projects to improve processes and procedures, recruit and hire the best employees, teach and train employees and supervisors on standard HR processes and complex behavioral topics, and provide exceptional customer service to those you support.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated exposure to Human Resources within a corporate environment, with experience in performance management, coaching, disciplinary processes, hiring/recruiting, compensation, benefits, and strategic HR.
