Position Specific Description

This role is under limited guidance, responsible for assessment, management, and planning of activities to ensure all plant equipment is operational and available to support plant production requirements. This includes technical support for daily operations, plant and process improvements, equipment acquisition, plant breakdown and analysis, and recommending corrective actions. Trains production personnel. Ensures that all production activities are completed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with federal, state and local laws and consistent with PGD policies, procedures and practices. Job may include other misc duties as assigned.  Mechanical Maintenance experience highly desired.  Apply now to make a difference!!

Job Overview

Employees in this senior-level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
