Vision: INL will change the world's energy future and secure our critical infrastructure.Responsibilities The Materials & Fuels Complex (MFC) is seeking a Training Records Administrator to support the MFC Training Department. General responsibilities include:
Provide all aspects of training record management for the MFC Training department in accordance with applicable regulatory drivers such as CFR's, DOE Orders, and company procedures. This includes filing, inputting data into the company approved data base, running reports, preparing training materials and records for permanent storage. Provides an interface for all levels of management, subject matter experts, education and training specialist, individual customers, and internal and external auditors. Applies principles of ISMS-CCR in all aspects of executing job duties. Ensures that training case files are complete prior to course entry into the TRAIN system for tracking. Ensures that training classes are scheduled to meet requirements imposed by external drivers and those of the internal customer, and that personnel at MFC are scheduled for training to meet these requirements. Tracks training attended/completed by MFC personnel by inputting data into the TRAIN system and providing reports to ensure that the company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintains the training records for MFC personnel. Directly contribute to the overall success of the MFC Training department by providing an interface for all levels of management, subject matter experts, education and training specialist, individual customers, and internal and external auditors.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of related experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Customer focused, self-directed, excellent telephone and communication skills, and ability to interface with all levels of management, SME’s, training specialists, customers, and internal and external auditors
High degree of organizational skills and ability to handle multiple, competing tasks with a high level of competence
Excellent attention to detail in quality checking training records, keying in training record data, and setting up schedules.
Knowledge of DOE Training Records management and the use of the TRAIN LMS and EDMS are highly desirable.
