The training supervisor will lead our Senior Organizational Development & Training Specialists who create and maintain eLearning and instructor led curriculum/modules related to enterprise wide computer application enhancements and upgrades; new policies and policy changes; and specialized training for Oracle CC&B and Motorola CSR, as well as work on short and long term projects related to on-boarding Austin 311 client departments and Austin 311 client department process changes, utility rates projects. The training supervisor will also implement data driven training initiatives related to process improvements. The supervisor role will provide development to direct reports through feedback on curriculum/module creation, facilitation skills, and mentoring assigned projects.
