This position will include the job duties and responsibilities of:
o Assigning cycle/routes to new meters
o Tracking/monitoring water meter vendor issues and electric meter investigations to resolution
o Tracking and analyzing data related to the vendor quality checks
o Regular analysis of data/reports daily, weekly basis for purposes of the vendor monthly scorecard and invoice
o Managing request for electric demand meter manual resets
o Tracking performance of the Remote Service Switch Project
o Assists with developing, revising, and implementing procedures and processes to facilitate the provision of service to our customers
o Use of several systems including, but not limited to: CC&B (Customer Care & Billing), MWM (Mobile Workforce Management), Command Center, SPMR (Smart Phone Meter Reading), and SharePoint
This position is categorized as Essential Personnel. Essential personnel is required to come to work during emergencies or bad weather if they are scheduled to work and in some cases when they are not scheduled.
Shift may change according to departmental needs.
Work hours may include after hours, holidays, and weekends.
Additional hours may be required to work outside of normal schedule.
Travel: This position, on occasion, may involve travel between various locations.
